WEP

• Select the "WEP" encryption mode from the scroll down list; the following screen appears:

Encryption Strength

Select 64-bit or 128-bit for an encryption at 64 bits or

128 bits respectively.

128-bit

Key phrase

Enter a phrase that consists of up to 15 alphanumeric

characters then click the Generate Keys button.

Empty

Current network key

Select a key from the four suggested. The emission

key is used to encrypt the data sent by your

computer.

Network key x (1 to 4)

The WEP key is customised for your router.

You may modify the keys by entering them directly

into the boxes.

The characters are "0" to "9" and "A" to "F".

Empty

Store the key phrase and the keys in a safe location.

Do not write them in a file on your computer.
