The CA-A360-A and CA-A360-USB converters, installed between the Centaur Server and the CT-V900-A controllers, allow

a “daisy-chain” conguration thus extending the total connection distance to 1220m. The LEDs provide easy and visual

identication of the module’s power and communication status.

Enables “star” type network conguration of the RS-485 bus. Excellent for large or multi-oor buildings/sites where a “daisy

chain” RS-485 conguration is not feasible. Locate the CA-A370-P in a central location along an existing RS-485 network and

run 4 individual RS-485 networks out to the controllers or expander modules.

• Converts RS-232 protocol to RS-485 protocol (CA-A360-A)

• Converts RS-232 or USB protocol to RS-485 protocol (CA-A360-USB)

• Allows a total of up to 1220m of RS-485 cabling

• Work with UTP cable (Cat 5)

• Transmit, Receive and Power status LEDs

• Power Requirements: 12Vdc or via USB power
